Industrial Strip Brush
The strip brushes are very versatile and available in many versions. The most known type in this category are our straight strip brushes with aluminium profile, also known as weather strips. These strips are mainly used for sealing windows, doors and machines in order to protect them from draught, light, dust and dirt. These strips are able to follow any even or uneven objects. The fibres can move freely and adapt to any unevenness in floors or walls. Strip brushes are standard available but custom-made strips are also possible.

Standard industrial weatherstrip strip brush backing measures 3.5×3.5mm- 5x5mm and 8×8.8mm galvanized steel backing material with straight black polypropylene fibers with anti-UV treatment.
Profiles for industrial strip brushes:
The profiles are used as a fixing support in the assembly of weatherstrip brushes.
We can provide a wide range of aluminum, steel, stainless steel and PVC profiles. The profile can be H, F or Y shaped.
We can also cut and perform machining on our profiles according to your fixing needs (drilling, punching).
All profiles also available in anodized aluminum (anti-oxidation coating)
